I'm all about products:
My focus right now is on product development, not services. But once you've purchased my product it's my job to make sure you're get from it what you expect. In that regard my number one service is Customer Service. If you're not happy, then neither am I.
Some products require more service:
One of my best products is the Seminar On CD-ROM which sometimes requires Video Productions services and physical product duplications. I've partnered with The Chopping Block to provide both of those services.
